We are constantly looking to work alongside new
agents. We are ready to take on multiple properties
and offer your landlords a hassle free solution to
their problem.
This is a win-win solution for all parties. If you are the managing agent for the
property then you remain the managing agent. We are essentially a self-
managing tenant (dealing with all the niggly tenant calls and minor maintenance
that come in on a regular basis). We only ever bother you when something a little
more substantial needs dealing with, like a boiler breaks down or damp for
example.
You as the agent will still get paid from your tenant finders fee or your monthly management fee and we as the ‘tenant’ get to home our database of professional tenants and the property owner gets guaranteed rent for up to five years.
As an agent you also have a new service to offer your Landlords. You can advertise that you offer ‘Guaranteed Rent’ with no additional work to yourselves. In other words, the agent offers the service to the landlord, we take on the risk and additional work required to manage it, and the agent just manages us. The Perfect Partnership!
